Ordering with TachyonHouseUK
Ordering with tachyonhouse.co.uk is simple, safe, secure and fast. We accept payment via PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org) with or without creating a PayPal account. We also accept cheques in the post in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank. Please ask for address details via email.
Shopping & Payment
After selecting the products you would like in your basket, you may proceed to checkout. At this point you will need to enter your address and contact details. You will then be transferred to a secure PayPal page where you add your credit or debit card details. We do not see nor are able to access your credit card details at any point in the transaction. Once your payment has been processed successfully, TachyonHouseUK is notified immediately and we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Should anything be out of stock, you'll receive email notification including approximate delivery times.
Your card details will be authorized or declined on the spot, so you will know whether your order has been accepted. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your transaction details, i.e. amount debited to your card and products ordered.
We normally ship goods within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot dispatch your order within 72 hours (Monday-Friday) we will e-mail you to let you know what the problem is. If you do not receive your order within 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch in the UK and 5 to 8 working days for orders sent by airmail please let us know and we will look into the problem. If you still have not received your order after 28 days please write to us confirming non-receipt and we will refund you in full.
Shipping and Handling
TachyonHouseUK delivers worldwide.
All postage charges are clearly marked in the shopping basket and depend on weight of products.

TachyonHouseUK guarantees that if any of your items prove to be faulty or damaged in any way, we will replace the damaged item with a brand new one or provide you with a full refund. Please contact email@example.com to describe what the problem is and we will advise you what to do. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If items you have ordered are unsuitable or in any other way not to your expectation, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your order number. We will be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete and in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving your returns notification. Refund is not possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of poor packaging. If this is the case, item/s will be returned to you. In compliance with current Health & Hygiene regualtions, we are unable to accept return of textiles that have been worn/tried in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, TachyonHouseUK will arrange for an exchange unless you would prefer a refund and have notified us within the above stated time. TachyonHouseUKs decision is final.
TachyonHouseUK never passes your information or e-mail address on to any third party. We do use your e-mail address to send our newsletter to you which will inform you of any special offers, new products and latest information. To unsubscribe from this service at any time, please follow the link given on the newsletter or simply send an email to tachyonhouse.co.uk with “unsubscribe newsletter” in the subject line and we will accommodate your wish immediately.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
